The term of automation has become quite popular recently. IT companies are striving to propose their solutions. These products are sold in attractive packages with a lot of great characteristics, whistles and bells. During the research of different stuff management software programs, I found that its utilizing has more shortcomings than advantages. There are some reasons why I do not use them.

Reason 1: It is not a program for free. Almost all obtainable employee management software is payware. Keep in mind that the updates, support and maintenance also require some fee. Lot of people find that the benefits outweigh the expenses. Do not pay for any software if you know that its advantages are not worthy of it.
